Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is needed for a full-time outpatient position in Dublin, Virginia. This outpatient role involves providing individualized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, musculoskeletal, balance, vestibular, and mobility-related conditions. Job Details:

• Position: Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Full-Time | Outpatient | Dublin, VA
• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • For PT: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from a CAPTE-accredited program, current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility, CPR certification or willingness to obtain, new graduates encouraged to apply
  • For PTA: Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program, current Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility, CPR certification or willingness to obtain, new graduates encouraged to apply
• Clinical Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and document patient progress utilizing Scribe AI-powered documentation technology and the Raintree electronic medical record platform. Maintain a caseload targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day. Support strong patient outcomes through collaboration and education.
