Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) Outpatient in Bluefield, Virginia. This position involves supporting outpatient clinics through evidence-based interventions aimed at restoring patients' functional independence and enhancing their quality of life. The role offers flexibility in full-time or part-time scheduling within a collaborative, patient-centered environment, working with a diverse outpatient population.

Job Details:

• Shift Time: Days
• Schedule: 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program; current Virginia Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure; CPR certification or willingness to obtain; strong communication and interpersonal skills; commitment to providing patient-centered care; new graduates encouraged to apply

• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations, develop personalized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions targeting orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, upper extremity, and functional impairments. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies, and maintain accurate documentation using Raintree EMR and Scribe AI technology. Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
