Job Summary:
Physical Therapy - Outpatient in Terrell, Texas. This full-time role involves providing evidence-based care to a diverse outpatient population, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. Clinicians will conduct patient evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from a CAPTE-accredited program; current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure; CPR certification or willingness to obtain; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Required Qualifications (for PTA role): Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program; current Texas Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure; CPR certification or willingness to obtain; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient evaluations, delivering evidence-based interventions, educating patients and caregivers, maintaining accurate documentation, and utilizing Scribe AI-powered documentation technology and the Raintree electronic medical record platform.
• The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule aligning with a work-life balance, along with strong administrative support and opportunities for professional growth and leadership development.
