Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) position located in Englewood, Colorado. This role involves providing pediatric respiratory therapy in a busy acute care unit. The ideal candidate will bring high energy, critical care patient care expertise, and a commitment to making a positive impact in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT RRT) credential, minimum of 1-year current acute care hospital experience, BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications, and current work in a hospital setting.
- Preferred Qualifications: NICU/PEDI experience, Level 1 Trauma experience.
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include performing breathing treatments, ventilator assessments, and utilizing advanced equipment such as Hamilton G5 and C1 ventilators. The unit emphasizes high-energy, critical care-skilled staff dedicated to patient care excellence.
