Job Details:

• Certifications: BLS (AHA), Certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language therapy to inpatient pediatric and adult patients; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; document patient progress and treatment plans in compliance with healthcare standards
• Additional Information: Location is in Fremont, California. The role may include mandatory on-call duties with limited call expectations. Charting system utilized is EPIC. The position involves working with a trauma level 2 healthcare setting, and radiation therapy experience is not required.
