Description
Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist in Portland, Oregon. This role involves operating fluoroscopy equipment within a specialized Cath Lab setting, with a focus on neurovascular and interventional procedures. The position requires a skilled professional capable of scrubbing cases and managing complex cardiovascular interventions.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days, 10-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid radiology technologist license (pending approval in Oregon), ACLS, BLS certifications, at least 1 year of experience working in a Cardiac Catheterization laboratory, proficient in fluoroscopy operation, and experienced in neurovascular procedural experience including carotid/cerebral angios, stroke thrombectomy, and cerebral coil embolization
- Preferred Qualifications: Neuro procedural experience such as carotid/cerebral angios, stroke thrombectomy, cerebral coil embolization
- Patient Ratios: 1:3
- Specific equipment experience with fluoroscopy and cardiovascular interventions is required
- Additional information: Candidates must have reliable transportation; experience with Epic charting system; and be willing to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals. The assignment begins on 08/31/2026.
- Special notes: Candidates should be capable of handling neurovascular procedures and possess or will acquire Oregon licensure with the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging for fluoroscopy operation.
