Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) | Outpatient | Lubbock, Texas. This full-time outpatient position offers an opportunity to deliver evidence-based care to a diverse patient population recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical procedures, and musculoskeletal impairments. The role focuses on maximizing patient outcomes through comprehensive evaluations, personalized treatment plans, and patient education within a collaborative clinical environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure; CPR certification or willingness to obtain; experience level: 1 year
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include performing patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, delivering interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall quality of life, and maintaining accurate documentation using Raintree EMR platform and Scribe AI-powered technology. The clinician will work approximately 10-12 patient visits daily, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
