Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Outpatient, Berea, KY. This full-time outpatient position involves providing evidence-based therapy to a diverse orthopedic patient population, including post-operative individuals, those with musculoskeletal conditions, and balance and vestibular disorders. Clinicians will work collaboratively within a team dedicated to delivering personalized, patient-centered care aimed at restoring movement, reducing pain, and improving quality of life.

Job Details:

• Location: Berea, KY
• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications: Physical Therapist (PT) license for Kentucky or eligibility; Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license for Kentucky or eligibility; Education: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program; Experience: 0 years; Location: Kentucky

• Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care; deliver evidence-based treatment interventions; educate patients and caregivers; document patient progress; collaborate with interdisciplinary team; treat orthopedic, post-operative, balance, vestibular, dizziness, and musculoskeletal conditions.
