Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (OP) in Riverdale, New Jersey. This professional will evaluate and develop treatment plans for assigned patients, ensuring effective progression toward discharge within established length of stay parameters. The role involves providing clinical care per physician orders, adhering to regulatory standards, and contributing to the organizations mission of delivering exceptional patient care and safety.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 8 hours per day
• Schedule: 08/24/2026 start date, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active/applicable license for New Jersey; completion of a previous assignment with agency or organization, preferred but not required.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, ensures documentation compliance, and participates in student and professional development programs. Maintains adherence to state Practice Act and regulatory requirements. Demonstrates commitment to safety and organizational improvement initiatives.
