Job Summary:

• Preferred Qualifications: Successful past assignment with the staffing agency or organization is highly desired.
• Additional Information: Candidates must complete comprehensive patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and ensure documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational policies.
