Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position in Ramsey, New Jersey. This role involves evaluating assigned patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans to promote functional recovery and safe return to community activities. The therapist will serve as an educator for patients, families, and colleagues, ensuring high standards of care and adherence to organizational values.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active applicable license for the state of New Jersey; successful completion of an assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired; experience with outpatient therapy preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient clinical settings and professional development activities
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and ensures documentation is complete, accurate, and timely. Participates in student programs and maintains licensure in good standing. Adheres to organizational performance improvement methodologies and complies with state practice acts and regulatory guidelines.
