Job Summary
The organization is seeking a highly qualified MRI Technologist to perform imaging procedures in a healthcare setting located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. This role involves working under established protocols and the supervision of certified radiologists to produce diagnostic images, assist in procedures, and support clinical education. The position emphasizes patient safety, effective communication, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Job Details

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, starting on 08/24/2026, with a schedule of Thursday/Friday 0800-2030 and Saturday 0730-2000, including one day of call per week.
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of Allied Health Professionals; registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT); current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider Card; at least 2 years of MRI experience; valid licensure/certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Cross-sectional anatomy experience or MRI experience.
• Knowledge/Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated ability to perform and teach MRI exams; knowledge of OSHA, DHEC, FDA, and TJC standards and regulations; responsible for safe operation of MRI equipment; proficient with standard office equipment.
• Additional Information: Must maintain strict confidentiality, adhere to safety policies, and support departmental goals. The role requires frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and exposure to typical healthcare environment risks. Flexibility for work under stressful conditions, deadlines, and potential weekend or holiday shifts is necessary.
