Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OUTPATIENT) in Georgia. This position involves evaluating patients and developing treatment plans aimed at restoring functional ability for outpatient clients. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 0 years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable license for the state where work will be performed; and completion of an assignment previously with the agency or organization is highly desirable.
• Additional Information: The candidate will complete comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and modify treatment plans, document clinical notes accurately and promptly, participate in student supervision, pursue professional development, adhere to state practice regulations, and support quality improvement initiatives. The role emphasizes safety and professionalism in all aspects of patient and staff interactions.
