Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) Pasadena, TX. This outpatient position involves evaluating patients, developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans to promote functional recovery and community reintegration. The role requires providing education to patients, families, and colleagues, while adhering to organizational safety and quality standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR certification; active license in Texas; at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior assignment with the organization or its affiliates is highly desired
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and documents clinical findings in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Participates in student training, pursues ongoing professional development, and adheres to all state and professional practice regulations. Maintains a focus on safety, including patient handling and infection control, to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
