Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (OP) position in Pasadena, Texas. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy services to support patient recovery and functional independence. The outpatient setting offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering quality care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active applicable license for the state of Texas; minimum 0 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization is highly desired; experience with outpatient therapy is beneficial.
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops tailored treatment plans, and documents care in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Participates in student programs, supports professional development, and adheres to state practice acts and organizational standards. Maintains licensure in good standing and follows organizational performance improvement initiatives.
