Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in NICEVILLE, Florida. This position involves evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans in accordance with clinical guidelines and physician directives. Candidates will support patient progress toward discharge while maintaining compliance with organizational standards and safety protocols.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week starting 08/24/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; licensure in good standing and adherence to state practice act and regulatory requirements.

• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops and adjusts treatment plans, documents care according to regulatory and organizational policies, and participates in student programs. Maintains ongoing professional development and adheres to safety and performance improvement initiatives. Completes all documentation accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring clinical care aligns with signed physician orders and insurance authorizations.
