Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Parkers Prairie, MN. This position involves providing rehabilitation services to patients in a clinical setting, with an additional day per week dedicated to care in a secondary location. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days Shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, valid OT licensure, minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, location in or willing to travel to Minnesota, and experience working with SNF patient populations
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, familiarity with rehabilitative therapy techniques, strong documentation skills
• Additional Information: The position entails providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients requiring rehabilitative care, implementing treatment plans based on physicians' prescriptions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
