Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) care is sought for a 13-week traveling contract in Parkers Prairie, Minnesota. The position involves providing rehabilitation services within a clinic and offering care in Evansville, Minnesota, approximately 30 miles away, one day per week. Job Details:

• Location: 212 W. Soo Street, Parkers Prairie, MN 56361, United States
• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid occupational therapy license or certification, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and the ability to work in Minnesota.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SNF settings and travel-based therapy roles.
• Additional Information: The candidate will deliver occupational therapy services to patients within a Skilled Nursing Facility environment and assist in community outreach by providing care at an additional location one day a week. The position emphasizes compassionate, hands-on patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting.
