Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in outpatient care is needed at a regional outpatient physical therapy clinic in Avondale, AZ. This role involves providing treatment for orthopedic diagnoses across adult, pediatric (excluding toddlers and infants), geriatric, and sports medicine patient populations. The position offers a full-time schedule with standard daytime hours and a focus on efficient patient care delivery.

Job Details:

• Location: Outpatient physical therapy clinic in Avondale, AZ
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, with shifts typically lasting 8 hours; no weekend requirements; schedule structure of 5x8s preferred but may be flexible.
• Shift Time: Days
• Required Qualifications: Valid physical therapy license; traditional outpatient PT experience; 3 years of relevant experience; no new graduates accepted; schedule commitment from December 14, 2026.
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, with no weekend expectations
• Patient Caseload: Minimum of 50 visits per week, with evaluation times of 60-minute blocks and treatment blocks of 30 minutes.
• Types of Cases Seen: Typical orthopedic diagnoses within adult, geriatric, and sports medicine patient populations.
• Documentation System: NextGen electronic documentation system
• Staffing: Support from one other PT and front desk staff
• Float: No float rotation required
