Job Details

• Location: Outpatient clinic in Schertz, Texas
• Schedule: Dayshift, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from a CAPTE-accredited program; current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility; CPR certification or willingness to obtain; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations; develop individualized care plans; deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function; collaborate with interdisciplinary team members; educate patients on injury prevention and wellness; maintain accurate documentation utilizing Scribe AI-powered technology; manage a caseload of approximately 10-12 patient visits daily; contribute to a positive clinic culture.
• Additional Information: The role emphasizes manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation, dry needling, and other evidence-based interventions, fostering professional development and team collaboration.
