• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid PTA license, 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing setting, Illinois licensure, and availability to work day shifts.
• Additional Information: Position involves delivering patient care in accordance with established SOPs, following the guidelines set forth by the organization. Clinical settings may include therapy assessments, treatment planning, and patient progress documentation.
