Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings is needed in Worcester, Massachusetts. The position is available for immediate start and offers a full-time schedule. Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification as a Physical Therapist (PT), degree in Physical Therapy, Massachusetts state license or eligibility, at least 2 years of experience in SNF settings
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with adult and geriatric populations in SNF environments, familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, CPR certification
- Additional Information: The position requires providing direct patient care, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve therapy objectives.
