Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) Valencia, California. This position involves providing inpatient physical therapy services at a healthcare facility in Santa Clarita, California. The role supports a 13-week assignment, requiring a daily schedule of 8 hours, Monday through Friday, with two weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering quality patient care within a dynamic hospital environment, promoting rehabilitation and recovery.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid physical therapy license with at least 1 year of experience in inpatient or skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings. Candidate must be available to start on or around 09/28/2026 and work the scheduled hours of 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
• Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with two weekend day shifts.
• Additional Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy assessments, develop treatment plans, implement therapy sessions, and document patient progress according to facility protocols.
• Required Qualifications: Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist, at least 1 year of inpatient or SNF experience, and current CPR certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in acute inpatient settings or rehabilitation units.
• Additional Information: EMR use includes Meditech; hospital-provided scrubs are required. Parking is available in the campus parking structure. No floating to other units is expected for this role; it is designated as a dedicated inpatient position. The facility is a 19-bed acute care setting, emphasizing quality patient care and rehabilitation.
