Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist specializing in Skilled Nursing Facilities (PT SNF) is needed for a position in Missouri. This role involves implementing clinical assessment, evaluation, and rehabilitation plans for patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care. Candidates will follow established standardized assessments and evidence-based practices, administer procedures, evaluate treatment outcomes, and coordinate patient discharge summaries, all while ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.

Job Details:

• Location: POTOSI, Missouri
• Shift Time: Days
• Shift Hours: 8 hours
• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: 1 year of physical therapy experience, long-term care or rehabilitation experience, Missouri state license, new grads acceptable as long as Level II experience has been obtained
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Position follows the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) standards and State practice acts, requiring supervision and support of physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, or students. The candidate will participate in meetings, trainings, and in-services, and will be responsible for obtaining necessary DME or supplies per clinical requirements. Candidates must adhere to professional ethics and conduct during practice.
