Description

Job Summary:
Pharmacist Inpatient (PHARM IP) position located in the hospital setting. This role involves providing pharmaceutical care in a hospital environment, with an emphasis on inpatient services. The assignment is scheduled for nights, with the potential to impact patient medication management and safety.

Job Details:

Schedule: Night shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and 1 year of experience in a hospital setting.
Preferred Qualifications: Peds experience in a hospital setting.
Additional Information: The role requires experience with Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
