Job Summary
Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant in a skilled nursing facility setting. Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active State Licensure in Massachusetts, 1 year of Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) experience in long-term care or rehabilitation, PTA license, and a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Duties include supporting clinical interventions, administering procedures such as manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive devices. Responsible for assessing patient progress, documenting treatment sessions, and communicating with supervising Physical Therapist. Participation in team meetings, trainings, and conferences is expected. Support supervision of students and adherence to professional practice acts, ethics, and clinical policies. The start date is 08/31/2026, located in Marlborough, Massachusetts.
