Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position located in Hayward, California. Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable license for California; outpatient experience; ability to complete a comprehensive patient evaluation; ability to develop and modify treatment plans; familiarity with documentation and regulatory compliance; demonstrated commitment to patient safety and professional growth
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior assignment with the agency or organization; experience supervising or mentoring students; ongoing participation in professional development activities; knowledge of state practice acts and continuing education requirements
• Additional Information: The role involves adhering to clinical guidelines, participating in student training programs, maintaining licensure in good standing, and contributing to the organizations performance improvement initiatives.
