Description

Job Summary:
Nuclear Medicine Technologist position in a hospital-based, acute care environment located in Bozeman, Montana. This role involves performing general nuclear medicine examinations, including on-call services, therapeutic procedures, and PET/CT patient exams. The position requires a professional with relevant certification and the ability to work within a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Graduate of an Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA) accredited program or equivalent; American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in nuclear medicine or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB); American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS); no minimum experience required
  • Preferred Qualifications: One (1) year post-graduate work experience as a registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist
  • Additional Information: Performs nuclear medicine quality control measures, patient exams, and procedures; assists radiologists and medical staff during exams and procedures; maintains documentation for exams, procedures, and radioactive materials in compliance with regulations; participates in quality improvements; on-call work may be required; candidate must reside at least 90 miles from the facility
