Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR Certification; valid and active license for the state of Texas; 0 years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of an assignment with the agency or organization previously is highly desired; previous experience in outpatient clinical settings is beneficial.
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops and modifies treatment plans, and documents medical records accurately and timely. Participates in student training programs and maintains professional licensure and continuing education requirements. Follows all safety guidelines and organizational policies to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Demonstrates organizational commitment to quality improvement initiatives and professional development.
