Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist (Registered) position in Fort Worth, Texas. This role involves providing respiratory care in a NICU environment, requiring a minimum of two years of hospital experience, including NICU and ICU settings. The position is scheduled for night shifts, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare setting focused on patient-centered care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid respiratory therapy certification or license; at least 2 years of hospital experience including NICU and ICU experience; ability to draw arterial blood gases (ABGs); current BLS certification; residency in or near Fort Worth, TX
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Servo I ventilator, I-Stat, and advanced respiratory procedures; familiarity with Meditech documentation system
• Additional Information:
  • Must have ICU and NICU experience
  • Be able to assist with intubation, nebulizer treatment, Metaneb, and PPG procedures
  • Dress code requires black scrubs for respiratory therapists; no artificial nails or extreme hairstyles; tattoos should be covered; visible piercings other than earrings are prohibited
  • Floating: Floating rotation may be required
