Physical Therapist Outpatient in Morgan Hill, California. Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 6 months to 1+ year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; Outpatient experience; active/applicable license for the State of California; Successful completion of an assignment with the agency or with Select Medical previously is highly desired; or if applicable, previous successful completion with the organization is nice to have.

• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, documents in medical records accurately and timely, ensures care aligns with signed physician orders and insurance approvals, participates in student programs, pursues professional development, and adheres to regulatory and organizational standards. A strong focus on patient and employee safety is required, including safe patient handling, infectious disease precautions, and slips/trips and falls prevention.
