Description

Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist position in Naples, Florida. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring functional recovery to facilitate effective return to community activities. The therapist will serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and colleagues, while ensuring adherence to organizational values and safety standards.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, active applicable license for the state of Florida, and certification in CPR
  • Preferred Qualifications: Successful previous assignment with the agency or organization (highly desired and nice to have)
  • Additional Information: The therapist will perform comprehensive patient evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, ensure documentation compliance, participate in student programs, and engage in professional development activities. They will adhere to all state practice acts, maintain licensure in good standing, and follow organizational performance improvement initiatives.
