Description
Job Summary:
The position of Mammographer is available within the healthcare facility in Cumming, Georgia. This role involves outpatient imaging services such as breast ultrasound, bone density, mammograms, and breast biopsy procedures. The schedule is weekday daytime hours, with an assignment duration of 13 weeks. Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of recent experience in mammography and hold current certifications as specified.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for a 13-week assignment.
- Required Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in mammography; current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient imaging services, including breast ultrasound, bone density, mammograms, and breast biopsy procedures.
- Additional Information: Outpatient imaging services for breast care center; candidates must work 2 major holidays among Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day, as well as one minor holiday among the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Years Eve. No local candidates within 50 miles are being considered. The position starts on 08/24/2026.
