Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position in Fremont, California. This outpatient therapy role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy services to promote patients' functional recovery and return to community activities. Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift with 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable license for the state of California; ability to complete a new placement with the organization within the specified timeframe.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior successful assignment with the organization or its affiliates is highly desired; experience in outpatient therapy settings.
• Additional Information: The Therapist will evaluate assigned patients, develop and execute treatment plans, document clinical findings accurately, and adhere to all clinic guidelines regarding appearance, attendance, and punctuality. The role includes participating in patient and student education, continuing professional development, and maintaining licensure in good standing. The position requires understanding of performance improvement initiatives and compliance with state practice acts and regulatory standards.
