Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered at Painesville specializes in neonatal care within a Level 2 Special Care Nursery. Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Respiratory Therapy (CRT or RRT); active licensure or registration as a Respiratory Therapist; no minimum years of experience specified; located in Ohio.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in neonatal respiratory care and familiarity with neonatal protocols such as the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
• Additional Information: Will be working in a Level 2 Special Care Nursery, covering deliveries and respiratory needs of mothers in postpartum and infants in neonatal intensive care. The role involves procedures such as medicated aerosol therapy, suctioning, manual ventilation, intubation assistance, high-risk delivery support, surfactant administration, blood gas sampling and analysis, and humidified therapy. Proficiency in airway management devices and neonatal respiratory protocols is essential.
