Description

Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) position located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This role involves working in a specialized acute care unit with rotating shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, or 1:45 PM to 10:15 PM. The candidate will work independently on their shift and participate in every other major holiday.

Job Details:

  • Location: Cambridge, MA
  • Schedule: Rotating shifts6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, 1:45 PM to 10:15 PM. Up to 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (NRPB certification required at the time of submission), active Massachusetts RRT license, up-to-date resume showing at least 1 year of acute care experience, current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and up-to-date flu vaccine during the season.
  • Additional Qualifications: Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required for Cambridge location; EPIC Electronic Medical Records experience preferred.
  • Other Requirements: Must work every other major holiday. Submission must include drivers license with address matching demographics, two recent manager/supervisor references in the same specialty, and skills checklist matching the specialty.
  • Start Date: 08/31/2026
  • Local Candidate Policy: Will accept locals within 50 miles; local rate will apply, which is $8 less than the posted rate.
