Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Home Health services in Grand Island, Nebraska. Job Details:

• Location: Grand Island, Nebraska
• Schedule: Days shifts, Monday through Friday or able to do a shifted schedule Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday
• Shift Hours: 8 hours per day
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Required Qualifications: Completion of an accredited speech/language pathology program preferred; prior work experience in a rehabilitation or geriatrics setting preferred; BLS Certification; minimum of 1 year of experience; licensed to practice in the state of Nebraska.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with elderly or rehabilitation populations preferred.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: None specified.
• Additional Information:
  • Administers and performs therapeutic interventions with clients in home health and skilled nursing facility settings.
  • Assesses client needs, develops therapy plans, and documents observations and services.
  • Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, provides client and family training, and supervises therapy assistants as applicable.
  • Follows infection control and safety standards, utilizes appropriate techniques, and maintains client confidentiality.
  • Operates using Net Health and HCHB software systems.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and able to communicate effectively in English.
