Description
Job Summary:
This position is for a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist in Corvallis, Oregon. The role involves supporting the diagnostic imaging teams with state-of-the-art imaging technology in the Cardiac Catheterization and Interventional Radiology departments. The technician will assist in procedures, ensure equipment readiness, and comply with clinical standards to facilitate accurate diagnoses.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Current unencumbered Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) registration; Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; verification of high school diploma or equivalent required due to the College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements for moderate complexity testing.
- Preferred Qualifications: One (1) year of experience or training in a Catheterization Laboratory or Angiography hospital setting preferred.
