Job Summary:
Ultrasonographer General position located in Fort Madison, Iowa. This role involves operating diagnostic ultrasound equipment to demonstrate anatomical or physiological structures of the human body for diagnostic purposes. The Ultrasonographer will produce high-quality images as directed by radiologists and physicians to assist in the diagnosis or treatment of various disorders. The position requires working independently and collaboratively within a teamwork-oriented environment, providing exceptional care and satisfaction to all patients and customers.

Job Details:

• Location: Fort Madison, Iowa
• Schedule: Day shift, hours are 8 hours per day, every 3rd weekend call required
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Required Qualifications: No minimum experience specified; must possess knowledge of general and cross-sectional anatomy, technical factors, and basic computer skills
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with general abdominal sonography, vascular sonography including Doppler, ABIs, and segmental pressure exams, OB/GYN sonography, small parts sonography; PACS knowledge
• Additional Information: Performs general abdominal sonography, vascular sonography, perform doppler and segmental pressure exams, OB/GYN sonography, and small parts sonography on all populations. Must demonstrate proficiency with ultrasound recordings and operate equipment independently within a team environment.
