Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient position available in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The role involves evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans for outpatient clients. Job Details:

• Position: Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP)
• Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado
• Shift Time: Days
• Schedule: 8 hours per day with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification
• Preferred Qualifications: 6 months' to 1+ year of outpatient experience is highly desired
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information:
  • Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops treatment goals aimed at progressing patients toward discharge within an established length of stay.
  • Ensures documentation is accurate, complete, and timely, including treatment plans, progress notes, and medical necessity letters, adhering to compliance standards.
  • Provides supervision and support to students participating in educational programs.
  • Maintains professional licensure in good standing and participates in continuing education activities to support professional growth.
  • Follows all organizational performance improvement initiatives and safety policies, including safe patient handling and infection control.
  • Performs duties in accordance with state practice acts and regulatory requirements, ensuring ethical and professional conduct.
