Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in inpatient care at a healthcare facility in King City, California. This role involves working in both outpatient and inpatient settings, with a workload split approximately 50/50 between the two. The position requires adaptability to variable shifts and includes weekend coverage. The successful candidate will contribute to patient rehabilitation and recovery processes within a dynamic clinical environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, with variable hours; minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification as a Physical Therapist (PT), educational background meeting licensure requirements, and at least 0 years of experience in inpatient or outpatient settings.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with inpatient care and outpatient services is advantageous.
• Additional Information:
  • Overtime and billing rules: Billing cycle is weekly. Any missed meals and breaks must be pre-approved by the supervisor prior to missing and will be paid with proof of approval.
  • Overtime rate for hours worked over 40 hours per week shall be billable at the Regular Hourly Rate plus $10/hr.
  • Holiday and on-call rates are defined in the billing policies.
  • For 10-hour or 12-hour shifts, the agency is to invoice the all-inclusive rate for the entire shift, with no elevated billing for additional hours.
  • Housing options in King City include Keefer's Inn and Greenfield Village Apartments; providers are encouraged to send credentialing updates in one batch for efficiency.
