Description
Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) Inpatient in Fort Bragg, California. This role involves planning and conducting segments of treatment programs aimed at restoring and enhancing physical, social, and mental functions. The position serves as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient care effectively.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shift, 10-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week, Saturday through Tuesday, 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
- Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree obtained license on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent; two years of Physical Therapy experience; Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per organization policy
- Essential Functions: Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention. Uses appropriate clinical techniques and tools, establishing individualized treatment plans for patients. Provides therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and techniques. Establishes individualized care and discharge plans and ensures plans are communicated to relevant parties. Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines. Supervises assigned assistants and performs other duties as assigned.
