Description

Job Summary:
Nuclear Medicine Technologist position available in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role involves performing nuclear medicine imaging procedures, including PET CT and other nuclear medicine exams, utilizing Siemens equipment. The successful candidate will join a facility that does not perform nuclear cardiology exams, with a focus on quality patient care and accurate imaging.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: ARRT Nuclear Medicine Certification (ARRT N) or NMTCB certification in hand, BLS certification, ability to start and maintain IVs, experience with Siemens equipment, valid Oklahoma license. 1 year of experience preferred, but less may be acceptable.
  • Certifications: ARRT N, BLS, NMTCB, PET certification
  • Skills: 3 Phase, Abdominal, Adult, Bone, Brain, Cancer Survey, Cerebral Blood Flow, Drawing Venous Blood, DTPA Aerosol, Flow/Function, Gastric Emptying, HIDA Scan, I-123 Uptake Scan, Liver, Liver Flow, Liver Imaging, Liver Scan-Hemangioma, Management/lead experience, Perfusion, PET Scan, Renal, Renal/Perfusion, Starting and maintaining IVs, Storing/Handling/Disposal of Radioactive Materials, Three Phase, Uptake Scan, Ventilation/Perfusion, Ventricular, Whole Body, with Lasix.
  • Additional Information: Travelers may be required to float to like units within their scope. Brief orientation will be provided during onboarding. Modules are completed onsite and recorded via transcripts.
  • Travel Requirements: On-call every third week, with a 75-mile local radius; not accepted for local rule.
