Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a facility in Webster, Massachusetts. This role involves evaluating and rehabilitating patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders. The Speech Language Pathologist will develop and implement treatment plans based on standardized assessments and evidence-based practices, monitor patient progress, and modify services accordingly. The position requires effective communication with team members and compliance with regulatory and clinical standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shifts, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: One year of Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) experience; New graduates are acceptable if they have Level II experience and not just observation; Must have Massachusetts State License; Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA); Submission requires one reference at the time of application; Must meet all regulatory and clinical practice standards, including adherence to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and State licensure requirements
• Preferred Qualifications: LTC or Rehab experience
• Additional Information: The role involves participating in required meetings including patient care conferences and training sessions. The Speech Language Pathologist will supervise and support Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Student Speech-Language Pathologists, manage documentation and regulatory compliance, and ensure the timely delivery of treatment services.
