Description
Job Summary:
Ultrasonographer General position available in Burlington, Vermont. This assignment involves working nights in a large trauma one facility with a capacity of 579 beds across two campus sites. The role is tentatively scheduled for 13 to 16 weeks, with a focus on breast imaging, biopsies, and experience in a teaching hospital environment.
Job Details:
- Shift Schedule: Nights, four 10-hour shifts from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Sunday through Wednesday.
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours.
- Required Qualifications: ARDMS certification in abdomen, gynecology, and vascular, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Candidates must have experience working in a breast care center and performing breast biopsies. Previous large, teaching hospital experience is required. Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience within the past 2 years is mandatory.
- Additional Information:
- Assignment duration: 13-16 weeks (tentative).
- No block scheduling for any reason.
- Bi-weekly orientation sessions held on Mondays.
- All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained.
- Complete employment history including bed count, EMR, and facility type is required for submission.
- Travel requirements are not applicable, and float rotation is not expected.
