Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position located in Sebastian, Florida. This outpatient role involves evaluating assigned patients, developing and implementing treatment plans focused on facilitating patients' return to community activities. The position offers training and orientation to ensure successful integration into the clinical team.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shifts, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 0 or more years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; active license for the State of Florida; prior completion of an assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired; prior completion of an assignment with the organization is nice to have.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients, utilizes clinical reasoning to develop and adjust treatment plans, and ensures documentation is clear, accurate, and timely. Participates in student programs, offers feedback for organizational performance improvement initiatives, and adheres to state-specific Practice Acts and professional standards. Demonstrates behaviors aligned with organizational values including safety, professionalism, and continuous development.
