Job Details:

• Location: Seattle, Washington
• Position Description: Physical Therapist SNF providing outpatient rehabilitation services within a Skilled Nursing Facility environment.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapist license, Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy, two years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, and the ability to work in the United States.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with geriatric patient care and familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role involves working with diverse patient populations requiring comprehensive assessments and tailored therapy plans. Adherence to SOPs and safety protocols is essential.
