Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist position available in Eureka, California. This role involves supporting coronary, peripheral vascular, and arrhythmia procedures, with a focus on diagnostic and interventional cardiac care. The technologist will work in a busy acute care hospital environment, performing a variety of high-level cardiovascular procedures with established protocols and safety standards.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications include ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), Fluoro Permit, BLS (Basic Life Support), and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support). Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Laboratory setting.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, electrophysiology labs, pacemaker insertion, and related advanced cardiovascular procedures. Familiarity with the Epic charting system is preferred.
- Float: Float rotation may be required depending on staffing needs.
