Description
Job Summary:
Vascular Sonographer position in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves performing vascular ultrasound studies in an ambulatory clinic setting, specifically focusing on vascular abdominal studies including aorta, mesenteric, and renal arteries, as well as peripheral arterial and venous assessments. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Job Details:
- Location: Boston, MA
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) certification, 3 to 5 years of experience performing peripheral (arterial/venous), abdominal arterial/venous, cerebrovascular testing, proficiency in vascular abdominal studies (aorta, mesenteric, renal etc), and academic institutional experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Not specified
- Float: Float rotation is not required
- Additional Information: The work is conducted in an ambulatory clinic environment with dedicated procedural/exam rooms. The position requires imaging expertise in vascular studies, with no night shifts, weekends, or holiday coverage. Candidates must be separated from the facility for at least six months to be considered and cannot have worked as a traveler for the organization within the last six months. Travelers who have worked for the organization as travel perm, travel, or per diem within the last six months will not be accepted.
