Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position located in Columbus, Ohio. This role involves evaluating patients and developing, implementing, and modifying individualized treatment plans to promote functional recovery and safe return to community activities. The position offers the opportunity to serve patients in an outpatient setting, focusing on patient education, therapy delivery, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour days, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR Certification; active and applicable license for Ohio; at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization; experience working in outpatient therapy settings; involvement in professional activities and ongoing education
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops treatment goals aligned with patient needs and physician directives. Ensures accurate, timely documentation in accordance with clinical policies and regulatory standards. Participates in student supervision and professional development activities. Maintains licensure in good standing and adheres to state practice acts and organizational performance improvement initiatives. Follows safety protocols related to patient handling and infectious disease prevention.
