Description

Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist - Texas. This outpatient therapy position involves evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions, including pre- and post-operative shoulder, hip, knee, back, neck, foot, and ankle issues. The role emphasizes patient education, safety, and multidisciplinary teamwork to promote effective recovery and functional independence.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 08/24/2026
  • Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; current professional licensure valid for Texas; minimum of 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy settings
  • Preferred Qualifications: Successful prior assignment with the staffing agency; previous work with the same organization is highly desired
  • Additional Information: Responsible for patient evaluations, developing treatment goals, and documenting all clinical activities accurately and timely. Participate in student supervision and ongoing professional development activities. Adheres to state practice laws and maintains licensure. Complies with organizational performance improvement initiatives. Demonstrates commitment to patient and staff safety, including safe patient handling, infection control, and hazard identification.
