Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (Inpatient) located in Bowling Green, Kentucky. This role involves planning, organizing, and supervising treatment programs for inpatients, ensuring adherence to safety standards and delivering patient-centered care. The position emphasizes teamwork, quality improvement, and effective communication to support optimal patient outcomes.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Current state license, BLS certification, a minimum of 2 years of experience, previous inpatient rehabilitation experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The occupational therapist will assess patients upon physician orders, develop individualized treatment plans, participate in discharge planning, supervise therapy assistants and students, and ensure safety and confidentiality throughout all patient interactions. The role requires active participation in team conferences, documentation, and quality assurance activities. The start date is 08/24/2026.
